Kenneth C Lou is a seasoned tax strategist and business advisor with more than 30 years of experience in tax planning, financial structuring, and complex business transactions. A graduate of Pace University and New York Law School (J.D.), he brings a unique combination of legal training, financial insight, and hands-on deal experience across acquisitions, corporate structuring, asset protection, and sophisticated commercial agreements.
Throughout his career, Kenneth has advised individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses on a wide range of strategic matters, helping structure transactions that protect capital, reduce tax exposure, and support long-term value creation. Known for his practical, disciplined, and results-driven approach, he works closely with clients to navigate complex financial and transactional environments with clarity, confidence, and sound judgment.
